About Me
My coaching practice is built on the foundation of over 25 years working in public education as a Professional School Counselor, supporting families in school and at home. Through real life personal and professional experiences, I’ve gained the depth, insight and grounding needed to help others navigate life’s challenges.
For the past 20 years, the Enneagram has been a transformative force in my life deepening my self-understanding and acceptance while enriching my relationships with family, friends, and colleagues. Along with a Master’s in Counseling, I am a Master Certified Life Coach through Certified Life Coach Institute (CLCI), and I am a Certified Practitioner with Integrative Enneagram iEQ9. I am currently in year 2 of studying the Enneagram with Suzanne Stabile (2024) and Joey and Billy Schewee (2025). I have additional training with The Narrative Enneagram, Positive Parenting, Positive Discipline, Love and Logic, NOVA, and Youth Mental Health First Aid.
I have been married to my husband, Brent, for 38 years and together we have raised three strong, independent adult children. I enjoy yoga, traveling, hiking, and being a dog mom!
My mission is to share my knowledge and love for the Enneagram with those who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected - guiding them toward a richer, deeper life.
